Korean/English Bilingual Customer Service Reps (CSR) Needed

Dialog-One, LLC is searching for Bilingual Agents to provide in-bound call support at a local company.

Requirements:

-      Clear written and verbal communication skills are necessary in both languages

-      Must have computer skills, customer service experience

-      Able to work full-time (8 HOUR) shifts

-      Minimum High School Diploma/GED 

-      Pass Language Assessment and Criminal Background Check

There is an 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. paid training for the first 2-days and pay is $15.00 per hour.
