Position: Business Development Manager – English/Korean 

Location: USA and Canada 

Position Overview: 

As a Business Development Manager at Alberici Constructors, you will play a pivotal role in fostering partnerships with major Korean multinational companies. This position offers exciting opportunities for growth, collaboration, and making a significant impact within our organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in major Korean multinational companies. 

∙ Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company objectives. ∙ Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals. ∙ Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities. ∙ Travel as necessary to nurture client relationships and explore potential projects.

Requirements: 

∙ Proven work experience or knowledge in business development, preferably within the construction industry. 

∙ Familiarity with top Korean EPC companies and their operations. 

∙ Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field.

∙ Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred. 

∙ Fluency in both English and Korean.

책임 업무: 

∙ 한국의 주요 다국적 기업의 관계를 육성하고 유지.

∙ 내부 팀과 협력하여 맞춤형 솔루션과 제안을 개발.

자격 조건: 

∙ 비즈니스 개발 분야 지식 혹은 입증된 업무 경험 (건설업계 근무경력 선호). ∙ 한국 최고의 EPC 회사와 그 운영에 대한 지식. 

∙ 경영학(MBA) 또는 관련 분야의 대학원 학위. 

∙ 토목 공학, 건설 관리 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위 선호. 

∙ 영어와 한국어 모두 유창함.
