Job Duties:

·          New item test with Engineer and create Analysis report.

·          New Material and New Equipment Qualification with analysis data

·          Create the SOP bases on test and qualification result.

·          Maintain the process routing in MES

·          Maintain the SOP in MES

·          Responsible for OCAP treatment daily base

·          Analysis of OCAP Status by quarter

·          Maintain the evaluation part status (Eval. Parts)

·          Responsible for functional part cleaning and coating

·          Maintain documents and records with ISO requirement in process engineering department

·          Daily, weekly quarterly process monitoring

·          Involved in improvement project and Testing

·          Reporting to department manager about all of related work and issues

·          Possible to take over process technician job duty

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·          Basic Material and Chemistry Knowledge

·          Excellent Excel, power point Skill

·          5S Knowledge- Quality Management Systems

·          Lean Manufacturing principles

 Education / Experience:   4 years collage degree and/ or Minimum 6years process technician experience in related business area
