The Sales Business Analyst position for Tridge’s Intelligence and Solutions Department will be strategic by nature and a born problem solver who puts Tridge’s clients at the core of everything that they do.
The analyst will be engaged in all parts of the Tridge platform operations from strategy, business development, managing client relationships and planning. The manager will work closely with HQ personnel as well as global sales managers in various different countries to develop meaningful relationships. With proven understanding of a platform business, this role will be responsible for partnering with the right resources both internally and externally to drive sales revenue and optimize the platform operationally and strategically. The manager should be able to speak to any types of profiles and potential clients, and help originate and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A. Strategies and Planning:
- Identify the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Tridge's Intelligence Solution in the marketplace.
- Research and understand your prospective clients and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges and Tridge's value proposition.
- Constantly come up with new ways to maximise user retention and conversion on our platform
(ex. Benchmarking other B2B platforms, identifying trending features/services in the market, etc.)
- Collaborate with product team members to look for ways to collect/create quantitative and qualitative data.
B. Product Sales Support:
- Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
- Collect and analyze the performance of the sales team and report any meaningful insights.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify new opportunities with enterprise prospects and stakeholders within the food and agriculture space by leveraging external resources such as LinkedIn, personal networks, government agencies, and other relevant resources.
- Engage in client meetings and present Tridge’s value proposition
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the intelligence service, IT service, Subscription business
- English proficiency to communicate with global team members
- Strong communication and outstanding negotiating skills
- Adaptability to a new strategy in a fast-moving environment
- Working with a multinational organization or managing customers on a regional basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 1-3 years of professional work experience
- SaaS or platform sales experience
- Client-facing and account management experience
- Food and agriculture experience
- Familiarity with B2B business
- Multiple languages to perform sales
