We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong data analysis and research skills to join our dynamic Ann Arbor, Michigan team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the day-to-day relationship with clients in technology sector, as well as managing internal PRIME teams to provide consulting, data analysis.  

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and consultation based on research results;
• Supervise a team of media analysts across many continents;
• Analyze data and create reports for clients;
• Manage creation of custom online tools with an international team of developers;
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients, managing their requests and providing customized solutions to their needs.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience managing projects with research and technology components across research, engineering and other functional teams;
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills;
• Experience managing resources globally, across multiple time zones;
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team;
• Strong work ethic with both organizational and time-management skills;
• High attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• BA or BS degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration or Social Sciences (Master’s degree a plus);
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Background in research within the Communications and PR field a plus;
• Language capabilities a plus
