Platform Sales Manager (유학경험자우대)
The key goals we expect are as follows:
Platform Sales Manager is part of the Platform Solutions Team that involves managing short, and mid-long-term strategies to achieve the platform sales growth & target, effectively executing them with cross-functional departments, including Fulfillment, Product, Sales, etc.
Within the Platform Sales team, Platform Sales manager will be responsible for leading the sales of Tridge’s Product and helping originate and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Constantly come up with new ways to onboarding new clients and optimize sales strategy including cold calling and emailing
- Develop a trusted relationship and strengthen a long-term partnership with key stakeholders within Tridge’s potential Enterprise clients
- Identify the problems and optimize the sales process efficiency and productivity
- Collect and share customer’s feedback with the internal team so that Tridge can provide clients with innovative features and solutions
Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:
- 1+ years of experience in Global B2B SaaS or Ad Sales, Business Development
- Strong execution skills to lead sales in the front line and flexibility to modify and outstanding strategic mind to modify and optimize the sales plan flexibly
- Business Fluency in English to pitch products to global clients
- Analytical & data-driven mindset & work ethics

Platform Strategy will be responsible for strategic planning of the Platform Solutions Team that involves managing short, and mid-long-term strategies to achieve the platform sales growth & target, effectively executing them with cross-functional departments, including Fulfillment, Product, Sales, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Platform Sales Team to plan & execute an effective & profitable sales strategy
- Proactively optimize & manage sales system/process, CRM & operation workflow to achieve the metric goals
- Set & track revenue targets & manage activities related to bookkeeping & incentive scheme
- Generate service pitch decks & playbooks to assist the Platform Sales Team
- Collaborate with the Global Fulfillment Teams to prospect sales opportunities to generate referrals & ultimately achieve Fulfillment Digital Integration
- Proactively collect customer feedback, communicate & coordinate with the Product Team to continuously optimize Tridge platform products & services to develop a profitable & innovative market-fit product
- Coordinate with Legal & Compliance Team for Sales Contracts
Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:
1+ years of experience in global B2B products, preferably in strategy, operations, and planning:
- Analytical & data-driven mindset & work ethics
- Proficient in Excel/Presentation, excellent communication skills, and business acumen
- Strategic planning ability to reproduce platform sales success cases
- Business Fluency in English
