We are Hiring: 

The Korean Adoptees Ministry Center is hiring a program manager who is willing to serve the Korean adoptive community and Korean second-generation immigrant community.

Job Title:                  Program Manager

Hours :                      36 – 40 hours/week (flexible work either at home or office or both)

Report to:                Program Director 

Compensation:       $20/hour

Projects: 1. Community Solution for Children’s Health Project (CSF) (16 Hours/ week) 

                 2. Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund  Project ( GEER2) (20 hours/week) 

                3. Office work (optional, 4 hours/week)

Scope of Activities include, 

o   Facilitating parenting classes and other related tasks

o   Operating effective online and in-person resource hubs

o   Assisting schools and parents for their better communication and to resolve any issues 

o   Communicating with partner organizations, funders and advisory committee members

Qualifications

o   College degree in Early Childhood Education, Mental Health, Public Health, Social Work or equivalent area

o   Ability to implement work plans independently

o   Ability to work with staff members and other organizations

o   Experience with /in Korean adoptive community is strongly preferred

o   Experience in working with families with young children strongly preferred

o   Technically competent with social media and various software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Projects

o   Flexibility of working extra hours and multitasks

o   Have work permission and Minnesota Driver’s License
