1) Bed and frame is a king size one made in Korea.
Brand = Ace

The frame has some dings and scuffs due to wear and tear, but it's as solid as rock and functioning perfect.
Mattress is super firm, so it would be perfect for Koreans like me who prefer extra-firm bed.
I honestly believe that you can't buy this hard mattress in US.
In good condition from a pet-free kid-free allergy-free environment.

2) TV
Toshiba TV probably 26 or 28 inches in good condition.
Working just fine.
