안녕하세요. 지난번에 룸메이트 구한다고 포스팅했는데요. 집주인과 계약이 좀 잘 안되서 결국 다른 집을 구해서 룸메이트 두명구합니다~ 총 4bd 3bath방이구요~ 창문 여부와 화장실 쉐어 여부에 따라서 600불이하로 내려서 계약하면될꺼같구요. 사진 몇개와 포스팅 글 함께 올릴꼐요 ~
유플렛아파트는 웨뱅에 수업있으신분들은 바로앞에 있는 버스정류장에서 버스타고 아주잠깐 가시는게 겨울철에 춥지도 않아서 너무좋구요. 이뱅에 수업있으신분들도 가까워서 다니기 편해요~

I have a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo for rent starting September 1, 2013 and ideally running through August 31, 2014. This is a great unit and is only about 4 years old, it's located right on University and 27th Ave SE.
House info: 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living rooms with balcony, new kitchen with stainless appliances, free laundry, heated off-street parking, ceramic tile, party room, tanning, gym and more.
I have multiple units on campus and have never had any unhappy tenant. I work directly with renters to ensure a great housing experience and included with rent are things like service plans for appliances and maintenance people available for any problems. I usually require a signed lease, deposit and 1 months rent to secure a unit, although I will work with tenants to allow a reasonable amount of time to get things together.
