Sublease at Seven Corners Apartments (1400 S 2nd Street, Minneapolis, MN 55454)

I am currently looking for one person to sublease my occupancy in seven corners apartments with one roommate. It is a monthly lease where if you and current roommate both agree to vacate the unit, you can by letting the office know before 2 full-months.

The total current rent is 1195 (총 유닛 월세 $1195) 

(since there are 2 in the unit, you will be paying around $600  + utilities around $50

(they have central heating during winter, so you only pay for electricity for your applicants and so-on) 

I do not have parking spot, but you can always talk about that with office.

(Undergarage is 50 per month, and upper rack is 35 per month).

지하 파킹 스팟은 매달 $50불 그리고 위에 파킹 스팟은 매달 $35불입니다 

(학교 근처 다른 아파트 파킹 스팟 가격 비해서 저렴합니다) 

The unit is originally unfurnished, but if you can move in to my unit, I will be able to provide my zinus memory foam mattress (queen size) with frame, one medium size IKEA desk, and chair for 150; mattress solely costed me over 200. Mattress are super comfy and can assure that you will like it.

(Unfurnished Unit 이지만 책상, 퀸 매트리스 + 프레임 (매트리스 가격만해도 200불 넘습니다), 공부할때 쓰는 의자) 이렇게 해서 총 $150불에 드립니다 (전 제품 사용기간은 딱 1년정도입니다)
