I’m looking to sublease my brother’s spot in a clean and well maintained 4B4B fully furnished unit from ***June 21st until the end of lease on August 12th*** You will get your own private room and bathroom. There are three other male students.
The rent is originally $769 including all the utilities apart from electricity, but I am willing to negotiate it to $550 for the entire period of your stay (late June, July, and almost half of August!)
The unit has washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, AC, spacious living room and kitchen.
15 min walk to the center of UMN campus. Close to stadium village green line, bus number 6 route and grocery store.
