o Job Description
- Advanced circuit tech development
- Flash data/IO path design and analysis
- Circuits simulation to find the bug and measure the AC/DC Char.
- Design failure improvement and management
o Requirements
- MS Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Communication skills in English
- Basic Knowledge for CMOS circuit design
- Experience with circuit design, simulation and test equipment
- Good communication skills with co-workers
o Skills
- OS(Windows, Linux, Vmware installment and configurationPerformance evaluation methodologies, metrics, and benchmarking suites. (IOmeter, fio)
- Electrical compliance testing and evaluation with oscilloscope/BERT(SATA/SAS/PCle)
- Simulation tools (hspice, Verilog, hsim, Ultrasim)
- Programming language (C++, Tcl/tck, perl)
<NAND Flash Logic Design Engineer>
o Job Description
- Digital design of wide variety of logic functions required in NAND flash controller
- RTL (Register Transfer Level) design feasibility, development and debug
- In-house assembly coding and debug for advanced NAND algorithm development
- Verification of NAND device in Verilog simulation
- Synthesize and timing closure
- Writhe design documents
o Requirements
- BS/MS Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Solid understanding of digital design and device physics
- Communication skills in English
- Experience with digital design, simulation and verification
- Good communication skills with co-workers
- Strong background of programming language is plus
