Description:
Responsible for system design, analysis and development of Valve Train product systems for vehicle OEM applications. The VT systems engineer is responsible for all system development, analysis, and SFMEA objectives and documentation. Work with PE's to properly develop and meet overall system requirements with defined product characteristics. Responsibility for creation, review, approval, and maintenance of all system level technical documents including analysis, SFMEA, system technical specifications, and system validation plans/data.

Major Job Qualifications/Specific Skills:
Required:
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical engineering
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to be a self-starter, detail-minded, and to work with cross-functional global teams
• Demonstrate accountability and be results-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
• Possess working knowledge of GD&T, CAD and datum structuring
• Familiarity with design improvement and problem solving methodologies such as Robust Engineering or Red X is desirable
• Working knowledge of engine development
• Working experience in Korean automotive industry
• Fluent in Korean language
