1) MACH :

The Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH) is an accelerated career development program designed to cultivate your talent using training, mentoring and community support.

2) Eligibility :

ü  Have completed or on track to complete their MBA program by the time of hire. 

ü  Have no more than 7 years combined work experience prior to attaining their full time study MBA degree

• Students who have completed their MBA program on a part time basis will also be eligible for the MACH MBA program. Please note, this does not extend to Executive MBA programs. To be considered for a MACH MBA position at Microsoft, part time students must at minimum be in their final year of study.

  ü  Within 6 months following graduation from their MBA program

  ü  Have not been employed at Microsoft for more than 365 days before MBA MACH consideration

They know exactly what our technology can do, and are dedicated to getting the message out there to our customers. Join us in our Sales / Marketing Division and you’ll be right in the thick of it – devising strategies, building relationships and making sure everyone knows how our innovative products and services can improve their lives.

4) Qualification :

ü  We are looking for the following unique skills and qualifications:

•      Meeting above eligibility is MUST

•      Leadership experience

•      Excellent communication and presentation skills

•      Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects whilst paying strict attention to detail.

•      Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.

•      Understanding, and genuine excitement for, Microsoft's vision.

•      IT industry / Multinational company experience preferred
